Life Coaching
    • I offer one-on-one coaching (individual) within the context of the person’s whole life, that is, work on a variety of areas where the person wants to focus.
Team Coaching
  • The intent of coaching teams is to ensure that the team achieves its goals contributing to and in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Through this coaching the teams begin to understand:
    • what is important for them as a team,
    • understand why they should work together,
    • how they can achieve as a team and improve performance.
Leadership Coaching
  • Coaching is offered to leadership because they may not have the time for the appropriate training programmes. Questions that are answered through the coaching are:
    • Do you understand the role of a leader?
    • Do you want to improve the quality of your leadership and be able to define team goals in order to meet business plan and strategy?

  • I work with owners or key management in various enterprises and focus on the company’s development as well as the individual. I work with them to help them exel and grow their business and meet their goals.

FREQUESNTLY ASKED QUESTIONS RELATING TO SERVICES:

Q1: what areas of coaching do you specialize in?

A: Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, Business Coaching & Consulting, Governance & Compliance, and Life Coaching.

Q2: How long is a coaching programme?

A: Initial coaching is a signed contract for a minimum of 12 weeks. The maximum is determined by the progress the individual is making, meaning that if after 12 weeks one still needs more coaching sessions, then the next contract is determined and a new contract signed.

Q3: Are coaching sessions confidential?

A: Yes, they are confidential. If sessions are paid for by somebody else or if a contract is signed by your work place and not by the individual being coached, then in the agreement it is determined how much is to be shared with the person paying.
