The work of a coach is to help people unlock their potential and realize their hopes and dreams.  As a coach, I show you how you can reach a goal or make a difficult but necessary change.  I work with you and help you define the goal, engage with it, progress through it, and integrate the accomplishments into your life and business.  I don’t just tell you, I show you how.

 

CONSULTING AND COACHING SERVICES:

Life Coaching

    • I offer one-on-one coaching (individual) within the context of the person’s whole life, that is, work on a variety of areas where the person wants to focus.

Team Coaching

  • The intent of coaching teams is to ensure that the team achieves its goals contributing to and in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Through this coaching the teams begin to understand:
    • what is important for them as a team,
    • understand why they should work together,
    • how they can achieve as a team and improve performance.

Leadership Coaching

  • Coaching is offered to leadership because they may not have the time for the appropriate training programmes. Questions that are answered through the coaching are:
    • Do you understand the role of a leader?
    • Do you want to improve the quality of your leadership and be able to define team goals in order to meet business plan and strategy?

Business Coaching

  • I work with owners or key management in various enterprises and focus on the company’s development as well as the individual. I work with them to help them exel and grow their business and meet their goals.

Management Consulting

  • Management consulting for those who are establishing their business, those who are already in business and entrepreneurs looking to take their business to a new level.
  • My experience in strategy development and monitoring, Stakeholder management definition, analysis and governance are of great value in this consulting work.
